Incredible stuffed lobster! Service and food outstanding. Prices moderate, excellent value.
Good food for lunch. Desperately wish they wouldn't serve the fish on the top of the chip because of soggy chips. Service was fine. Loved sitting next to the fish tank.
Food was absolutely delicious - I got a halibut special - but the waitress was terrible. Never came over after we got our meal to see if we needed anything. She was in such a rush telling us about the specials that I had to ask her to repeat it three times. We all loved our food though.
Very fresh seafood and a variety of other choices. We started with excellent and generous calamari shared by our table of three. I had the very fresh tasting broiled scrod with potatoes au gratin and butternut squash, all which I loved. My companions had Bouillabaisse and Paella respectively, both very plentiful, fresh and delicious. Very good cocktail menu and winelist. Reasonably priced. Excellent service. Plenty of free parking. Beautifully spacious, comfortable and contemporary. Recommended.
I have yet to eat at this restaurant in person, however, I've ordered for delivery twice. The food is expensive by the time you add all the fees together, but well worth it. My food has arrived piping hot; the ample portions are delicious. I even ordered a fried seafood platter and it was hot & still crispy. Sometimes, by the time I get to the local seafood store for my dinner and then the market for my husbands meat and potatoes- I have saved money by ordering from 42 degrees North. The splurge is well worth it. KUDOS to this restaurant- THEY GET IT!!!
42° North was a delightful place to enjoy an early dinner. The ambience is comforting and inviting. Our server was attentive and wonderful. The food was hot and delicious! I have the Sea Bass special which was layered over lobster risotto OMG, and served with perfectly cooked asparagus. My wife had the Seared Scallops, delicious and hot as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!
All the reviews about this place were right on target. Servings are generous, nice variety of entrees and the staff is extremely gregarious. My husband chose a queen cut prime rib and it could easily have passed for a competitors regular cut. My chicken dish was served with an al dente pasta which is just the way I like it. We will definitely be back when we are in the neighborhood.
